ECASeriesBottom-Mounted High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier is a high-performance dispersing emulsifier designed for bottom entry into containers. It is used for mixing, emulsifying, and dispersing free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Operating on the rotor-stator principle, the ECA is ideal for applications that cannot be achieved with traditional stirring methods.
Suitable for special environments or hygienic requirements, it is installed at the bottom of the tank to discharge materials or circulate them after processing. Traditional bottom-mounted tank designs cannot discharge materials independently after processing. The ECA can provide two different circulation modes: internal and external.
The ECA machine can avoid strong vortexes and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or when the container is being stirred or dispersed
during emptying.
The ECA machine features a simple and sturdy design. It has a three-phase motor, a rotor drive shaft, and a flange, with a rotor combined with a compact unit using a cover. The standard version of the ECA is suitable for handling
temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses a low-maintenance mechanical seal.
